We are a small team (no robots here!) so every email, phone call, message, request and order you request are all answered and processed by our team members.  If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible for immediate assistance.

We start processing your order as soon as we can.  Most orders are processed within 1 day of ordering, and some orders may take extra time.  We do our best to fulfill every order as quickly as possible, but in the event the item is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email.  Your order will be placed on hold until we speak with you.  Once your order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to cancel, edit billing or shipping details, combine orders or add additional products to an existing order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

Desi West is available for shipping to all regions world wide.

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $100 (before applicable taxes). Standard shipping for orders below $100 is a flat rate of $10.

If your package arrives damaged, or your item(s) are damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.  Our goal is that you love every item you order and all item(s) arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery & Shipping Questions

How can I track my order or check the delivery status?

Order details can be found in My Account.  If the order has been shipped, you can track your order with a tracking number.

This tracking number can also be found in your confirmation email.  It becomes active within 24-48 hours after you have received the email.

If you did not get a confirmation email, please check your spam inbox.  If that is not the case, please contact customer service.

What delivery options do I have?

For online orders, the following delivery options are available:

  • Delivered at a home/work address
  • Delivered in a pick-up location near you

You can choose your preferred delivery option during the checkout process.

What payment methods can I use?

What happens when I miss the delivery of my order?
That depends on the carrier, but most of the time your order is:

  • Delivered at a nearby pick-up location
  • Delivered at your neighbours unless you have informed us or the carrier that you do not prefer to have parcels delivered at your neighbours
  • Delivered at a second attempt the next business day
  • At all times the carrier leaves you a (digital) note with the delivery details.

If you have opted for your order to be delivered in a store, the store will hold onto it for 14 days once you have received the confirmation that your order is ready to be collected.  After 14 days the order will be returned to our warehouse.

What is the delivery time and cost?

Our orders are usually shipped and delivered within 4-5 business days, after the order is confirmed, with standard delivery.  Based on the carrier, your location, and pick-up delivery times, delivery times may vary.

In case of delays, you will be informed accordingly.  General delays may also appear on the website.

What should I do if I’m missing an item/part of my order?

If you’re missing one or more items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

What should I do if I receive a wrong item?

If you received a wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

What should I do when my order was delivered at the wrong address?

In case your order has been delivered to the wrong address you can locate it under “delivery status” in your account, or check the track & trace link in the shipping confirmation email.  

If the order hasn’t been delivered yet, you can contact your carrier to see if they can help you change the delivery address.

If the parcel was declined at the delivery address, the order will be returned.  Once we have processed the return, you will be refunded within 10 to 14 days.
