The Bhangra Showdown Bhangra Dance Competition 2022 was held on February 13 at the Troxy London, England. The Bhangra Showdown Dance Competition has been known to be one of the biggest Bhangra Dance shows in the world.
Anisha Malli said, “TBS is the biggest student run show in the UK, so its size alone does give it a different atmosphere to other Imperial shows. Also, it is entertainment not just for students, but also for families. The show attracts people from so many different backgrounds and is enjoyable for all.”

Sukshinder Shinda at The Bhangra Showdown 2022
The Bhangra Showdown and it’s high production staging caters to all students, families, and Bhangra lovers. This year, international Bhangra superstar Sukshinder Shinda took to the stage at The Bhangra Showdown competition.
Bhangra Showdown Dance Competition Experience
In 2020 The Bhangra Showdown was held at The Birmingham Arena on 15th February 2020. Winners for the 2020 Bhangra Dance Competition were Aston University in first place, followed by Leicester and Warwick in second place, and King’s College London in third place.
Previously, The Bhangra Showdown was in Birmingham and London at the Wembley Arena, NIA Birmingham, and Resorts World Arena.
In 2007, The Bhangra Showdown was created by Imperial College Punjabi Society and has been known to unite various universities across the country.

This year in 2022, Aston University was awarded First Place, followed by Leicester University in second, and St. George University in third.
