M.I.A.’s music video for Matahdatah video footage is from West Africa and India. Scroll One is largely composed of men and women dancing in different forms, and M.I.A. performing.

M.I.A. tweeted that she had shot a music video in Africa and it was being held from being released due to charges of “cultural appropriation.”

It is unclear if “Broader Than A Border” is the music video in question.
